Jennifer Fleming, LPC

“Everyone is going through something and that shapes who they are.”  Jennifer takes the time to understand the client through compassion.  

Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors and the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling. In counseling, Jennifer uses a holistic perspective, providing a unique and effective treatment individualized for the client.  Her preferred therapy models include cognitive-behavioral, choice theory, client-centered, and solution-focused. Jennifer assists clients who are experiencing anger, anxiety, grief, depression, career, college transitions, and professional concerns.

She has a Master of Education Degree in School Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in education as a teacher, school counselor, director of counseling, and post-secondary readiness. Her extensive knowledge and experience in Pk-12 counseling have shaped her approach to clients.

Jennifer grew up in Keller and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University.  She began her career working with adolescents and adults in a psychiatric setting followed by those with addictions, then incarceration.  Jennifer decided she needed to work with adolescents prior to them entering treatment facilities and began her work in education.

Jennifer enjoys reading and spending time with her family of 7 plus their doodle, Beau.
